I have the right to use your commission for self promotion and advertisements.
If you want to prioritize your art, you will have to pay an additional fee of + 50%.
Values can be divided up to 3x (depending on the sum of the total value).
I will send the complete art by telegram and if you do not have a telegram, I will send it by email.
Send references of what you want me to do, as examples.
As soon as an art is finished, I update the list of commissions on furaffinity and on the telegram channel (if you have any questions feel free to talk to me).
You agree NOT to remove / obstruct my signature from your drawing.
If you are going to post anywhere, leave the credits!
If you ask to draw someone else's OC or fursona, you agree to take full responsibility for any disagreement that is caused by making of the drawing.
I have the right to refuse your commission.
Art changes are acceptable in the sketch phase, please check that everything is fine in this process, if you ask for changes in the position or theme of the commission when I am doing linework or other processes, you will have to pay a fee.
Payments can be made before I start the art and until the scribble phase, I will not continue the art if there is no payment and I will lower your position on the commission list as time passes. If there is no payment, I will cancel your art and sell the idea in a YCH.
If you want to cancel the commission after completing the doodle, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged and the other 50% will be returned.
To buy NSFW, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and have complete responsibility for your actions. Affirming that you are legally an adult under the laws of my country (Brazil), and that I am not responsible if you lie to me.
The average time to finish an art depends on what type, if it has background and amount of characters the art has, I have a Repetitive strain injury (RSI) in my right hand that prevents me from drawing for several hours repetitively, any changes in time will be communicated in advance either by telegram channel or pm.
Ychs are prioritized over commissions. Except Priority list, this system is applied to all commissions.
